Our free delivery policy offers complimentary shipping on orders over $50 CAD within a 50km radius of our retail store located at 990 Gainsborough Road, London, ON, N6H5L4. Additionally, for orders beyond this radius, free delivery is available for purchases exceeding $250 CAD.

Our prices are exclusively in Canadian dollars.
We provide both delivery and pickup services for medical equipment and supplies, and arrangements can be made at the time of your order. Any additional fees associated with these services will be determined when you place your order.

We do not sell prescription drugs. Our store focuses on providing non-prescription medical supplies and equipment.

While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we do provide the necessary receipts and documentation for you to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.

Only orders that have not yet left our facility for delivery are eligible for cancellation. Please note that any orders that have already undergone processing, especially those involving personalization, are not eligible for cancellation. We aim to provide accurate and timely service, and once an order has entered the processing stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible. order cancellations cannot be accepted through voicemail, phone messages, or emails. For cancellation requests, kindly contact our customer service directly. When doing so, please provide the following details clearly: order number, date of purchase, your name, contact information, the specific items you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.
The delivery timeframe depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, you can anticipate your order to arrive within 48 hours of the shipment date. We’ll keep you updated with a notification once your order is dispatched.
The eligibility to claim your purchase on your private health insurance depends on the specifics of your plan and the coverage it offers. Since insurance plans vary, we recommend reviewing your policy with your health insurance provider to understand what expenses are covered. Typically, many insurance companies require a doctor’s prescription for claim approval, so it’s advisable to check these details beforehand.

Compression stockings can be purchased without a prescription, but if the compression level exceeds 20mmHg, a prescription is necessary. To ensure coverage from your insurance provider, it’s advisable to confirm with your private insurance company. Additionally, if the compression exceeds 20mmHg, please upload a valid prescription on our site, and a team member will reach out to you before processing your order.
