If a customer’s shipping address is found to contain an error during delivery, our policy regarding Unclaimed Packages & Returned Shipments Due to Address Errors will be activated. Charges for standard shipping fees will be applied to the customer’s account for any unclaimed packages that are returned to StarJems.
